Handcrafted in 20g and 40g mignon versions, our puff pastry products are a laborious but essential preparation in the kitchen, since it represents a "neutral base" for the preparation of many sweet or savory recipes. A perfect pastry grows during cooking, thanks to the formation of steam that meets the sheets waterproofed by the fat of the various stratifications due to the folds and, unable to get out, pushes upwards, lifting the dough and making it light and crunchy and suitable for making fans and puff pastries. From frozen, ready in 10 minutes with a static or ventilated oven at 200°C
