Pizzuta ProChef innovates the shape and flavor of the traditional Sicilian Arancino with ragù, in 50g miniature format, with the captivating cubic version, conical (Pizzuta) and round, in miniature format with selected local ingredients of absolute excellence.

Main ingredients: Carnaroli rice Italy, Saffron, Swordfish, Cuttlefish and Cuttlefish Ink, Anchovies and Sardines, Sicilian Black Pork Meat, Bovine meat, Sicilian Tomato Sauce, carrots, onion, cheese, fresh basil, Sicilian breadcrumbs with natural yeast; VEGAN and Vegetarian flavors also available, as well as the absolutely new 40g SWEET version filled with Mandarin Sorbet.

Preparation: DO NOT defrost. Directly from frozen -18°C, fry in hot seed oil +180°C for 7 minutes;
